I loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just around the corner from Leeds castle, and the service was top-notch. The rooms were comfy with a good bed, but the lumpy pillows and lack of storage for clothes were a downside. The dining experience could use improvement with limited breakfast options, but the organic Quebec cheeses were a delight. The facilities were great, especially the friendly Manager who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable.
